Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your booking for any reasons, the following charges will be payable:
- Cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, full refund minus 25%
- Cancellation 6 weeks or less before the start of your holiday, full refund minus 50%
- Cancellation 24h before or no show will be no refund at all. Full amount is due

The beautiful Villa Lucy is perfectly located. You can easily reach Juan-les-Pins (about 10 minutes on foot) as well as Antibes and its charming old town (about 20 minutes on foot).
The first beach (of many) is just a 3-minute walk away.
Nearby, you'll also find great restaurants and beaches, including the Baba at the Cap d'Antibes Beach Hotel, Belles Rives, and the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc.
Getting there
Upon arrival, our villa manager will be greeting you. There is a large parking area for 3 cars.
Once a week cleaning is included in the price as well as linens and towels. Extra cleaning is available, organised as needed, payable directly to the cleaners at 25€/hour. Private Chef, Nanny, Chauffeur, Baby sitter can be organised as needed. Cost will be payable directly from the client to each of them, hand to hand.
