Cancellation policy
Reservations are always binding. Changes or cancelations of reservations must always be reported in writing by the tenant and confirmed by the landlord.
If a booking is canceled prematurely by the guest after arrival has already taken place, 50% of the remaining stay must be paid.
Bad weather, illness, timetable changes and delays are not the responsibility of the landlord. The guest cannot derive a claim for waiver or regulations deviating from this regulation with regard to the landlord's claims for the assertion of cancellation fees from this.
The dates listed under point 5. are the maximum cancellation fees. However, the Landlord shall endeavor to keep the cancellation fees for the Guest low.
Other agreements are only valid in agreement with the provider and in writing.
