Wir konnten dieses Apartment nicht bewerten, da sich herausstellte, dass unsere Buchung am Anreisetag aufgrund eines Fehlers im Buchungssystem von Belvilla storniert wurde. Dies war die 2. Buchung innerhalb einer Woche, die bei Belvilla nicht ordnungsgemäß bearbeitet wurde (die 1. Buchung wurde 3 Tage vor Abreise storniert!)
Die Mitarbeiter von Alpen Parks haben uns jedoch mit einer Ersatzunterkunft im Alpen Parks Rehrenberg in Viehofen hervorragend geholfen. Daher die positive Bewertung.
Belvilla selbst war bei der Suche nach einer Lösung nicht sehr entschlossen, obwohl sie die höheren Kosten für unseren Aufenthalt übernommen haben. Die Zahlung des Reisepreises für die 1. Buchung wurde nach 1 Woche nicht zurückerstattet.
