In case of cancellation, you will have to pay a compensation fee. This amounts to:
* If cancellation occurs 3 months before the start date or earlier: 15% of the rental price.
* If cancellation occurs between 3 and 2 months before the start date: 50% of the rental price.
* If cancellation occurs between 2 months and 1 month before the start date: 75% of the rental price.
* If cancellation occurs within one month before the start date: 90% of the rental price.
* If cancellation occurs on the day of the start date: 100% of the rental price.

Bei unserer Ankunft war die gesamte Wohnung sehr schmutzig. Nach unserer Beschwerde kam eine Dame die die Küche gereinigt hat. Im Schlafzimmerschrank befand sich noch Kleidung vom Vormieter, daher meine Annahme, dass keine Endreinigung durchgeführt wurde. Geschirr teilweise schmutzig und klebrig, mussten erst mal einige Teile für den täglichen Bedarf durchspuelen damit wir es mit Appetit benutzen konnten.
Alles im allem sehr enttäuschend.
