Cancellation policy
In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:
Between 29 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,
Between 13 and 1 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.
If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at info@solorplus.com.
Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.

Guests have access to all apartment areas and the terrace. You can check in and out by yourself. Free parking space in front of the house.

Upon arrival, the guest must hand in their travel and personal documents to the person giving them the accommodation keys, who will then register the guest by the authorities and immediately return their personal documents.
