The chalet has 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds, 1 double bed, sliding door wardrobe and plenty of storage space, 2 bedrooms have two single beds (80 x 200 cm each) and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a shower and sink with cupboard and hairdryer. The toilet is separate.
The living room features a couch, flat screen TV and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen has all the standard amenities. There is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster and large refrigerator. The chalet also boasts a 30 sqm elevated terrace and is equipped with a comfortable lounge seating area, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue.

The park is a family-friendly park. Therefore, letting to groups and persons under 21 years of age is not permitted.
Smoking is not permitted in the chalet. Keys and any extra services such as bed linen and towels can be picked up at reception.

The chalet is located in the immediate vicinity of the playground.
You can reach the centre of Renesse in 2 minutes and there you'll find shops, restaurants, cafés, shops and bike rental.
The holiday park is only 2 km from a beautiful beach where you can swim, play in the sand or do water sports. A bus takes you directly from the holiday park to the beach (additional fee).
There is also a shared laundry.

The tenant may cancel the rental agreement in writing; the cancellation must be sent to the landlord by email to sarahcare42@gmail.com. If the tenant cancels the rental contract without naming a replacement deemed suitable by the landlord, the following pro rata fees, minus any expenses saved, must be paid as compensation provided that the property cannot be let to someone else.

-15 to 41 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price
- 8 to 14 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price
- 7 days before arrival until the day of arrival: 100% of the rental price
The legal cancellation and withdrawal options are unaffected by this. We recommend taking out travel insurance (not included) with an insurance company.
