hereinafter referred to as tenant.
The landlord rents the following accommodation to the tenant: Strandnest, Sankt Peter-Ording for up to eight persons. Unauthorised accommodation is not permitted. Please inform us on the day of arrival at the latest whether additional people/pets will be arriving. Otherwise, the service staff on site will charge an additional €50 flat rate on top of the additional rental costs.
The house is a non-smoking property. Pets are allowed upon request. The rental property is fully furnished and equipped. The condition of the rental property results from the property description Dream Holiday Apartment Property Name: Strandnest
The tenant receives two front door keys for the duration of the rental period
The tenant will receive the keys on site from us, or the key will be in the key safe. The tenant will receive the code for the key safe by email at least one week before arrival.
Earliest arrival time: 4:00 p.m.
Rental departure time: 10:00 a.m.

One linen package: €25 per person. We will then make it cosy for you.
The linen package includes a made bed, a bath towel, two normal towels, a sauna towel, and, depending on the season, a beach towel

Payment and deadlines:
A deposit of 30% of the rental price is due immediately
once you have received a booking confirmation. Please let us know if you are unable to pay the deposit within five days so that we can avoid double bookings. By paying the deposit, you accept the terms and conditions. You do not have to send us a signed rental agreement.

Purpose: your name and rental period
The remaining amount must also be transferred to the aforementioned account no later than four weeks before the start of the rental period.
The tenant has access to a free Wi-Fi network during their stay. The landlord shall not be held liable for any damage caused by viruses or improper use.
The tenant undertakes to treat the rooms and the inventory with care and the utmost diligence; in particular, the usage instructions posted by the landlord must be observed. Please read the guest folder, and pay attention to waste separation.
The tenant must immediately notify the landlord of any defects so that the landlord can remedy the defects within a reasonable period of time.
The tenant is liable for all damage that they or their co-tenants or family members cause to the rental property or its inventory. If the repair of damages results in a loss of rent, the tenant is also liable to the landlord for further damages.
Termination: the tenant must withdraw from the contract in writing. However, they is obliged to pay compensation to the landlord. This usually amounts to 90% of the agreed price.
The landlord will endeavour to find alternative tenants and must transparently claim the difference from the tenant.
We recommended taking out travel cancellation insurance.
By paying a deposit of 30%, you accept the rental agreement. You do not have to sign this and send it back.

You can also book introductory courses for kitesurfing and golf, or let your kids experience the dream of horseback riding on the beach.

Holiday destination
After Sylt, the medicinal and sulphur spa of St. Peter-Ording is probably the most popular holiday destination on the German North Sea coast.
The UNESCO World Heritage Wadden Sea in Schleswig-Holstein offers relaxation and long walks in the salty and iodine-rich sea air.
From the beach house, you can walk into the village, where there are several charming cafés and restaurants.
The adventure pool features water slides and an outdoor pool.
In the village district, you can visit the local museum and the amber museum.
Getting there
Take the A23 towards Husum (about 1 hour on the motorway after the Elbe Tunnel), then exit at Heide towards Wesselburen and follow signs to Eidersperrwerk. From the motorway, it’s a 30-minute drive to Sankt Peter-Ording.
