Holiday destination
Aside from your hosts, you don't have any neighbours and there's no road, just a meadow on the edge of the forest with a stunning mountain view. At our place, peace and relaxation are not empty promises!
The surrounding region offers almost anything you can think of:
Unique hikes and challenging mountain tours, some of them in the Berchtesgaden National Park, or directly from your doorstep.
World-famous excursion destinations and interesting exhibitions (e.g. the Königssee, Dokumentationszentrum Obersalzberg, House of the Mountains).
Cultural trips to Salzburg or to the Chiemsee.
Getting there
At the roundabout by the train station Berchtesgaden take the exit towards Königssee, after the second pedestrian light you want to turn left towards "Faselsberg". You've reached the Vorderbrandstraße; follow the road for exactly 1 km and turn sharp left -almost into the forest- to house number 29. Our personal advice: Leave the Autobahn in Traunstein and take the Deutsche Alpenstraße (German Alpine Road) via Inzell/Ramsau in the direction of Berchtesgaden.
(Please note: If you come from Salzburg, you need a vignette for the Austrian motorway. There are regular controls and you risk a high fine.)

Wir waren zum 15. Mal in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung. Und kommen sicher wieder. Wir genießen die Lage ohne direkte Nachbarn, die Ruhe und die unmittelbare Nähe zur Natur. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hochwertig ausgestattet. Wir freuen uns immer wieder, wie die Vermieter den hohen Standard halten bzw. immer wieder verbessern. Seit unserem ersten Besuch wurde die Holzterrasse gebaut, das Bad komplett saniert, die Couch ausgewechselt und vieles mehr. Familie Wischgoll, die mit im Haus lebt, ist ausgesprochen sympathisch, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und gleichzeitig unaufdringlich. Wer wie wir die Berchtesgadener Berge mag, sich aber auch gern zurückzieht, ist hier genau richtig.

Vielen vielen Dank für Eure Bewertung. Im Grunde ist unser Haus einfach so, wie wir uns wohlfühlen und wie wir uns den Rückzugort im Urlaub wünschen würden. Wenn Ihr deswegen immer wieder kommt, ist das ein Lob, über das wir uns besonders freuen! Bis zum nächsten Jahr in alter Frische.

Tolle Lage am Berg mit Blick auf Berchtesgaden und die umliegenden Berge.
Die Wohnung selbst ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich und lädt zum Entspannen ein, und die Betten sind sehr komfortabel.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns mit tollen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt.
Ein weiteres Highlight war die Terrasse mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht, perfekt für ein entspanntes Frühstück oder ein Glas Wein am Abend.
Zusammenfassend können wir diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, der unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Und wir können Euch als Gäste uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Wie Ihr mit unserem Kater trotz leichtem Regen unter dem Vorfach auf der Holzterrasse gesessen seid, das war echt schön. Freut uns, dass Ihr Eure Auszeit am Faselsberg genossen habt. Beim nächsten Mal lässt die Schneelage dann hoffentlich die "Kleine Reibe" mit Steinbock und Seeleinsee zu.
