Porec as a modern tourist region offers all sports and leisure activities on land, water and air. Our guests like to visit the historical center of Porec, boat trips to neighboring towns such as Rovinj or Vrsar, a visit to the Lim fjord, or national park Brjuni. The golf sport is becoming more and more popular in Istria.

The apartment is 100 meters away from our previous location, "Veli Joze". The popular beach and marinais only about 300 meters away. Here you can find Restaurants, restrooms, fresh water showers, and sports and leisure facilities. Also there is an attractive promenade walk which leads to the City of Porec, Istria.

Die Ferienwohnung haben wir bereits das vierte mal gebucht und sind noch immer sehr zufrieden. Jedes Jahr wird etwas renoviert so das alles immer im besten gepflegtem Zustand ist.Die Familie Duwe ist immer erreichbar wenn man egal welche Fragen hat. Immer gerne wieder und sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Villa befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Siedlung am Stadtrand. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man den Strand, an dem die verschiedensten Freizeitaktivitäten angeboten werden. Wir als Hundebesitzer favosisieren die Naturstrände, die man gut mit dem Fahrzeug erreicht. Ein knapp viertelstündiger gemütlicher Spaziergang führt zum Stadtzentrum.
Die Ferienwohnung ist wie die ganze Villa sehr gepflegt, die Ausstattung ist komfortabel. Die Vermieter empfingen uns sehr freundlich und waren bei Bedarf jederzeit erreichbar.
