Our spacious holiday home is a typical Hungarian thatched country house in a very quiet location with exclusive furnishings. On the top floor there are two large bedrooms, on the ground floor there is a bathroom, kitchen, living room and another room. The house can be heated by 3 traditional stoves in the low season. The Balaton cycle path runs just 100 metres past the house. After only a few steps you can reach the hiking trails and the wooden lookout tower built a few years ago. The beach is about 5 km away and can be easily reached by car or bike. Various fruit and nut trees grow in the large garden. On the large terrace you can enjoy a barbecue or a glass of wine in fine weather.
In order to preserve the original style of the house, we have kept the technical equipment to a minimum. Certain additional equipment can be provided on request.

Keszthely with its beautiful castle is only 19 kilometres away. The pedestrian zone invites you to go shopping. In Káptalantóti you will find the marvellous Liliomkert market square, and regular events are held below the castle in Szigliget. There are several thermal baths nearby, e.g. the natural bathing lake in Heviz. The Szent György Hegy invites you to wine tastings in one of the numerous wine cellars. Every Saturday you can go shopping at the market square in Hegymagas (10km).

Anzahlung:
a) Zum Zeitpunkt des Vertragsabschlusses 30 %,
der Restbetrag ist spätestens 2 Wochen vor Reisebeginn fällig.
Eine Kostenaufstellung und die Mietbedingungen werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
Haftung
Der Mieter haftet für alle Schäden, die durch ihn und/oder begleitende Personen oder Besucher an der Mietsache Vermieters verursacht wurden. Er ist verpflichtet diese unverzüglich, spätestens zum Zeitpunkt der Beendigung des Urlaubs anzuzeigen und gleichzeitig für die betreffenden Kosten aufzukommen. Für die Folgen eventueller Unfälle während des Aufenthaltes, die in der Unterkunft oder auf dem Grundstück des Eigentümers entstehen, haftet der Mieter selbst. Eine Haftung durch den Vermieter ist ausgeschlossen.
Zusätzlich zum Mietpreis ist eine Kurtaxe fällig. Diese wird von den lokalen Behörden festgelegt.
