Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy for our holiday apartment is as follows: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the planned arrival date are free of charge. If the cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking price will apply. In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the full amount will be charged. We recommend taking out travel insurance to avoid any inconvenience in case of a last-minute cancellation. If you have any further questions regarding the cancellation policy, please feel free to contact us.

The bus stop (250 m) connects you to the train station and the Zillertal Arena. The family-friendly environment with parks and playgrounds makes it ideal for families and nature lovers.
Getting there
The journey to **Gerlosstraße 25, 6280 Zell am Ziller** can be made by car, train, or plane. By car, drive from Munich or Innsbruck via the A8 and A12 highways, taking about 1.5 to 2 hours. From Zell am Ziller, continue to Gerlosstraße.
By public transport, take a train to Zell am Ziller, then use a taxi or bus to reach Gerlosstraße. Alternatively, bus lines are available.
For air travel, Innsbruck Airport (60 km away) takes about 1 to 1.5 hours by car, while Munich Airport (170 km away) is around 2 to 2.5 hours away. Both airports offer rental cars and shuttle services.
