Cancellation policy
The customer has the option to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of such a withdrawal, compensation will be claimed: • for withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of occupancy 30% of the total price. • for withdrawal from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy 50% of the total price. • for withdrawal from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy 80% of the total price. If the booked property is not occupied without an explicit declaration of withdrawal, the customer remains obligated to pay the total price. No claim for a refund arises from a later arrival and/or earlier departure. The customer has the right to nominate a substitute participant who takes over the booked services in full.

Campofelice di Roccella is located on Sicily’s northern coast, boasting long sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. The town offers a relaxed atmosphere, traditional Sicilian restaurants, and convenient shopping. It is an excellent base for exploring the region: Cefalù, with its famous cathedral, is just 15 minutes away, the Madonie Natural Park offers hiking opportunities, and Palermo is easily accessible. The sun, culture, and hospitality make this the perfect vacation spot.
Getting there
We recommend the airport of Palermo, which is only 89 km away. Alternatively, you can use the airport of Catania, which is 167 km away. Take the freeway exit Campofelice di Roccella. From the exit, it will take you only about 10 minutes to reach the vacation home via the SS113 road in the direction of Messina.
