Host's notes
Cancellation policy
If you should not be able to arrive, please let me know as soon as possible in writing (by e-mail is good). In addition to the legal regulations, the pure rental costs must be paid if you cannot find a replacement guest (Civil Code paragraph 537). As soon as I receive our cancellation, I will try to rent the property again and possibly create a Last Minute offer. You are welcome to find replacement guests yourself. I will refund the proceeds from the new rental, minus a processing fee (depending on the expenses) of up to 50 EUR. Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival will be refunded up to 100%. If you cannot find replacement guests, I will refund all costs for final cleaning, linens, tourist taxes and 5% of the rental costs for saved expenses. No-shows and early departures will be handled accordingly.

Holiday destination
The exciting Baltic resort of Binz with its fantastic pool architecture can be explored on foot or by bike. Walks start on the doorstep. The location of the Strelasund beach house in a quiet part of the beach promenade is impressive. The kilometres of sandy beach are right on the doorstep. To explore the island, start with the car (underground car park) or use the island bus and the narrow-gage railway Rasender Roland. The Bäderbahn stops only 250 m away, right before the well-stocked Edeka.
Getting there
Arriving in Binz by car via the Baltic Sea motorway and Stralsund is possible, but you can also take the long-distance train (IC train station Binz) or arrive by plane in Rostock-Laage and then take a bus transfer to Binz.

Angefangen das Bett, Matratze total durch gelegen (erneuerbar). Im Flur kein Spiegel, und im Bad ein Minispiegel. Dusche in der Badewanne für ältere Leute, schlecht geeignet (keine rutschfeste Matte). Die Höhe der Toilette für Kinder ok, für Erwachsene nicht. Verdunklungsvorhänge wären angebracht. Angenehm wären Dinge wie eine Decke - nicht vorhanden. Im zubestellbaren Wäschepaket, sollte zB auch ein Küchenhandtuch dabei sein.

Wir sind eigentlich jedes Jahr in Binz und bereits seit mehreren Jahren Stammgäste im Sterntaucher. Dieses Jahr wurden wir durch den neu eingerichteten Wohnbereich äußerst positiv überrascht: modern, leichtfüßig und mit viel Luft um Sofa und Fußhocker, dazu zur großen Freude unserer Kinder ein bequemer Drehsessel. Auch die neue indirekte Beleuchtung gefällt uns sehr gut! Im Kinderzimmer finden unsere 2 Mädchen jedes Jahr wieder (neue) altersgemäße Bücher und Spiele und sie lieben ihr eigenes Reich mit dem schönen Hochbett. In diesem Sinne bis zum nächsten Mal!
