The holiday apartment (40 sqm) is quietly and separately located on the edge of the village in Schafwinkel. It is located in the side part of an old 2-post barn and was newly built in 2020 - with organic building materials, equipped with solid wooden furniture.
A small winter garden invites you to enjoy a sunny breakfast.
Two new heat pumps have been installed for heating and cooling.
The kitchen is well equipped and also includes a dishwasher.
In the bedroom, the double bed has a size of 1.60x2.00m. Bed linen is provided.
In the living room, in addition to the Smart TV, there is also a sofa bed with a sleeping area of 1.50x2.00m.
Wi-Fi is free to use and easy to switch off; a LAN cable is available for working without Wi-Fi.
The shower is separated from the toilet by a wall. Towels and soap are provided.
Garden furniture and a barbecue are also available and you have plenty of space to choose your seating area outside.
You are welcome to park your bicycles in our barn.
There is a wallbox for charging your electric car; we charge extra for the electricity costs.

Schafwinkel ist ein Ort zum Entspannen und Erholen...Der Blick ist frei auf uralte Eichen des Hofes, Wiesen, auf denen oft schott. Highlands grasen...und auf den gegenüberliegenden Kräutergarten. Dort dürfen Sie sich gern Biokräuter für Ihr Essen ernten. Ihre Wanderungen und Radtouren können Sie gleich von der Ferienwohnung aus beginnen. Es liegt auch viel Informationsmaterial für Ihre Ausflüge in der Wohnung bereit. Gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege in der näheren Umgebung finden Sie unter: www.nordpfade.de. Auch die "Lüneburger Heide" ist in der Nähe mit ihrer einmaligen Landschaftsform. Der Naturbadesee "Bullensee" ist in 12 km Entfernung - mitten im Wald und mit sauberer Wasserqualität. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist der "Dorfladen" in Bendingbostel, 2 km entfernt - mit reichlichem Biosortiment.
Viele Freizeitparks finden Sie in der näheren Umgebung (bis 40 km): Vogelpark Walsrode, Heidepark Soltau, Serengetipark Hodenhagen, Magic Park Verden. Die nächste Therme ist in Soltau. Die Kleinstädte Verden, Rotenburg, Walsrode sind jeweils ca. 20 km entfernt. Auch die Lüneburger Heide als Ausflugsziel beginnt in 20 km Entfernung.
Wenn Sie mit dem Auto von der A 27 kommen, nehmen Sie die Abfahrt "Verden Ost", dann Richtung Kirchlinteln, 8 km nach Kirchlinteln links nach Schafwinkel abbiegen. Der Hof mit der Ferienwohnung ist am Ortsende von Schafwinkel.

In 4. Generation leben wir auf dem Hof meiner Urgroßeltern. Meine Vorfahren hatten Landwirtschaft betrieben und ich fast 20 Jahre lang eine Heilpflanzenschule, die ich zu Corona-Zeiten 2020 geschlossen habe. Nun gibt es dafür die Ferienwohnung :-) in Schafwinkel....
