Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass ich ein Ferienhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht hatte, aber mir wurde ein Apartment mit 1 Schlafzimmer und einem Schlafsofa zugewiesen. Laut Aussage des Managers war dies das, was Sie für uns reserviert hatten, und nichts anderes war verfügbar.
