A handy WC is also by the poolside with external access only. A small lawn garden leads to another inviting sitting area. There are easy parking facilities on the roadside in front of the house. The nice decorated lounge inspires with comfortable seating and a big flat screen with international channels. The fully equipped and spacious kitchen in typical Mediterranean style has a separate dining area with direct access to the pool. All bright and nice decorated bedrooms are located on the second floor ,there is a twin bedroom with a large private terrace and two double bedrooms, one with a private terrace too. Enjoy the excellent view of the mountains and charming environment. There are two fully equipped bathrooms with shower. In Pollença you’ll find shopping a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present on this historic town. Enjoy the environment in the evening and take part of its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices are abundant. Puerto Pollensa beach is perfect for relaxing at the Sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports like kayaking, windsurf or jet skiing. In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as it is known by the locals) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of dining experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main areas of the beach. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal clear waters. * * * * * Cleaning service, pool towels and a welcome basket is provided for free with every reservation.
