This property is the only one on the 1st floor of a small, private apartment complex (with other 4 apartments) and has an exclusive terrace of 60sqm with sea view! It consists of a bedroom with 3 beds, bathroom and living room with kitchen and sofa bed for 2 people. All rooms have airconditioning. TV, safe and free bike and private parking. The apartment is situated in the shadow of the pine trees, only 30m from the long and sandy beach of Marina di Campo. So you can relax in the shade on the private terrace or have a fresh bath in the azure waters of our sea. In the evening, you make a stroll along the beach promenade in the lively, but still picturesque center for ice cream or pizza dinner.

I offer guided hiking tours on Elba, where you possibly can connect you.
Just in front of us is the longest sandy beach of the island, with its white granite sand that provides the turquoise waters. In the pine forest, there is a playground for the little ones, and a fenced football pitch for the youth. The center is only a 10 min walk (400m) away long the beach. The beach is divided into free zones, and beach resorts. You can easily enjoy walks and reach in 20min two more, secluded coves and cliffs. In the spring you walk through flowering vegetation. Marina di Campo is well connected to the public transport bus network. In 4km away is the impressive "Costa del Sole" with cliffs and coves, which tempt to jump in the crystal clear water.

The harbour for Elba is Piombino. There are 4 ferryboat companies who serve the Island from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. During the season, the ferries run every hour.
Direct flights (including low cost) to Elba from Germany and Milan (Bergamo).
Otherwise, you can find low cost flights to Pisa (Ryanair, Easyjet, Airberlin, AirOne and others) and from there by rental car or shuttle bus (unfortunately quite expensive) or comfortably by train (costs about 10 euros) according to Piombino .

In allen anderen Fällen gilt folgende Regelung: Die Buchung ist bis 120 Tage vor Urlaubsbeginn stornierbar und eventuell geleistete Zahlungen werden - abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von 100 € - zurückerstattet. Bei einer späteren Stornierung behalten wir die Anzahlung ein. Es besteht kein Anspruch auf Rückerstattung der bereits erfolgten Zahlung bei Abbruch des Urlaubs.
