This fully renovated semi-detached house provides everything you need for a relaxing vacation with your loved ones. Upon entering the property, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities necessary for preparing your meals, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine, and more. The open-space dining and living area features a comfortable dining table with chairs, creating an inviting atmosphere for enjoying meals with your family or friends. The living area comprises a sofa, two armchairs, and a television. Through the living room, you have access to a marvellous outdoor space with two outdoor sofas, a barbecue, and a dining table. Ascending the stairs, you'll be delighted to discover a terrace for enjoying the wonderful Algarve sun, as well as an additional dining table for meals with your loved ones. Complementing this fantastic Townhouse is the shared pool area, providing a wonderful environment with two pools (one for adults and another for children), surrounded by lawns, sun loungers, and a playground. Prices up to 4 people. The 5th and 6th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes either an extra bed (for only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
