The Marbella Apartment is a comfortable apartment located 20 meters from the wonderful Praia dos Pescadores. With a central location and within a short distance of all amenities, this apartment is perfect for couples, families or groups of friends who want to relax and enjoy the best the city has to offer. Located on the second floor with access by elevator or stairs, this apartment has free internet, a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, two single beds and a bunk bed built into the entrance (additional cost), as well as a bathroom with a shower and a built-in wardrobe in the entrance. It has a kitchenette with a dining table and chairs and a wonderful balcony with a sea view, where you can enjoy the outdoor barbecue and a relaxing outdoor meal. The Marbella apartment is located in the center of Albufeira, right on the seafront of Praia dos Pescadores, where you have everything you need, a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and pharmacies, for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The old town center of Albufeira is a few streets away and the famous Rua da Oura is a 5-minute drive away, where you will find the best bars and the best nightlife the city has to offer. You don\'t need to rent a car, but if you prefer, we\'ll be happy to help you with the reservation, upon request. We can also help organize transfers if necessary. If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not match the property\'s changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking so we can confirm if your dates can be accepted. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). A booking fee, insurance and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfers, extras and excursions. Prices up to 4 people. The 5th and 6th person will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week). According to current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.
