The Salero Apartment is a wonderful 1-bedroom vacation apartment located just steps away from the 3 Castelos Beach. With a shared pool and free Wi-Fi access, this fantastic 8th-floor apartment is the ideal place to enjoy stunning views of the Portimão beaches. The apartment has 1 bathroom with a shower and 1 bedroom with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and access to the balcony. The main living area is open-plan and includes a kitchenette, fully equipped with all necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, and induction hob, as well as an adjacent pantry with a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. The living area also includes a dining table, where you can comfortably enjoy meals with your group, and a sofa where you can relax and enjoy your favorite TV programs. The balcony is accessible from the living room or the bedroom and features a table and chairs where you can enjoy meals or drinks with a magnificent view of the beach. The Salero Apartment has access to a (fenced) shared pool with the other apartments. The excellent location is one of the highlights of this property, as it is within a short walking distance of all amenities and across the road from the beach. The neighboring Praia da Rocha has a wonderful promenade and many local walking trails nearby. Its wide range of bars and restaurants, from glamorous beach clubs to traditional Portuguese restaurants, makes it a perfect holiday destination for families, groups seeking a lively nightlife, and more mature guests who value nature. The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). Check-in time: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Check-out time: 10:00 AM Group deposit: Subject to approval with a deposit of €150 per person. According to local regulations, a tourist tax will be applied during your stay. This tax varies depending on the time of year: From November 1 to March 31: €1 per person per night. From April 1 to October 31: €2 per person per night. This tax applies only to guests aged 13 and above, for a maximum of 7 nights.
