Villa Pauline is an amazing 7-bedroom villa enjoying a prime location in Albufeira, only a 15-minute walk away from Albufeira centre, a short drive away from the Old Town and from the golden beaches of Peneco and Pescadores. With perfect attention to detail throughout, this beautiful property provides the ideal escape for a relaxing break in the sun with family or friends. This stunning holiday home benefits from air-conditioning in the living room and in all 7 bedrooms (1 double bedroom, 5 twin bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk bed sets) and sleeps 16+4 guests. There are also 7 bathrooms, a family-sized, fully equipped modern kitchen and spacious living / dining rooms. A large sun terrace provides beautiful city views and a games room allows for additional entertainment on long summer days, with a pool table and table tennis. Outside the property offers a private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) with surrounding gardens, patio and a barbecue area ideal for alfresco dining. Right next door to Villa Pauline is its sister villa, Villa Anna. Both properties can be booked together for very large groups. (subject to availability) Here you can relax in total luxury, whilst being only a short walk away from a wide range of renowned restaurants, some of the Algarve's most beautiful sandy beaches where you can enjoy water sports activities, and only a short drive away from an excellent golf course. The centre of Albufeira is within a 15-minute walk where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and banks. Other locations of interest are the Albufeira Strip with all the best bars and nightlife in town and the historic Albufeira Old Town. Car Hire is not necessary/needed, however if you want to hire a car, we can help you with your request. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided). The changeover day for this property is on Thursday. If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking. Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) - Changeover day is on Thursday (however this may be flexible in low season) - Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) - Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit/final balance/breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 16 people. From the 17th to the 20th person an additional rental amount is required which includes either an extra bed (for only €77 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (for only €21 each, per week). The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
