On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room offers the perfect space for socializing, a guest bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen to cater to all your in-home dining needs. Upstairs, the villa has two master suites with double beds and private bathrooms with showers. There are also two rooms with single beds, all with access to private balconies. An additional bathroom with a bathtub completes the space. The property has air conditioning in all rooms and the living room, free Wi-Fi, and a safe, ensuring comfort and security. Outdoors, the private garden includes a refreshing pool and furniture for relaxation. The outdoor dining area and BBQ are perfect for enjoying the climate. A ping pong table adds fun for all ages. A rental car is not necessary, but if you would like to rent one, we can assist you with the reservation upon request. Heating the pool will always be an added value for your vacation, especially when traveling with children. The water temperature when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5°C and 8°C higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in time: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM Check-out time: 10:00 AM The minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however, there may be flexibility in the low season). The changeover day is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in the low season) Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A 2.9% booking fee, insurance, and filing fee will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Prices are for up to 8 people. From the 9th to the 12th person, an additional charge will be applied, including an extra bed (only €119 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week). The administrative cost for changing dates is €150. According to current legislation, tourist taxes may be applicable.
