Villa Maya Bay Villa Maya Bay is a charming villa with 4 spacious bedrooms, a stunning private saltwater pool, beautiful gardens, nestled in a tranquil area, offering an ideal blend of comfort and privacy while remaining close to essential amenities and some of the Algarve's most breathtaking beaches. Ideal for a family retreat, it promises a perfect blend of relaxation and convenience. Outside, you’ll find a delightful dining area perfect for al fresco meals, complemented by sun loungers for soaking up the sun and a barbecue for enjoying delicious grilled dishes with family and friends.This villa is the ideal place to create unforgettable memories. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Groups – subject to approval with a breakage deposit in the amount of €175 per person. • The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 8 people. The 9th and 10th persons (one adult + one babie) pay an additional rental amount ( only €91 per week ) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
