Villa Laiya Welcome to Villa Laiya, an elegant 4-bedroom villa accommodating 9+3 guests, located in the tranquil residential area of Montechoro, Albufeira. This charming villa is within walking distance of bars and restaurants, making it an excellent choice for your holiday. A ping-pong table is available in the courtyard in the center of the villa for leisurely moments. Upstairs, the villa features a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with sea-view balconies. There is also an additional bathroom with a shower. Outside, you can enjoy a sun terrace by the private pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, a dining area with a barbecue. Villa Laiya offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Located near the famous Albufeira Strip, with its wide selection of bars and restaurants, and just 1.5 km from Praia d'Oura Beach, this property provides the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating. Check-in schedule: from 16:00 to 00:00 Check-out schedule: 10:00 Minimum stay is 7 days or multiples of 7 (however this may be flexible in low season) • Breakage Deposit Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only) • The changeover day for this property is on Saturday (however this may be flexible in low season). • Booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9% to be added on all payments: deposit / final balance / breakage deposit / airport transfer / extras / excursions. Prices up to 9 people. The 10th to 12th persons pay an additional rental amount which includes an extra bed for only €126 each per week or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot for only €21 each per week. The administration cost for the alteration of dates is €150.***
