Cosy and modern holiday flat at 1400m above sea level, very close to the Andermatt-Disentis-Sedrun ski area. The ski lifts and a cable car can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, as can the ski school. You live on 90m² with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Situated in the old village centre of Sedrun in a sunny and very quiet location, the building, which was carefully renovated in 2024, offers plenty of opportunities for active and relaxing holidays. During the renovation, we attached great importance to cosiness and natural materials.
The flat itself has a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful living area with a fireplace. You can enjoy the sun on the adjoining terrace. We look forward to your stay.
The house has a shared garden with a barbecue area. A sauna on the garden floor with a small relaxation area and footbath invites you to relax.

Sedrun is located on the Upper Rhine near the Oberalp and Lukmanier Passes. In addition to skiing, cross-country skiing and ice skating in winter, the surrounding area is ideal for hiking and excursions in summer. The bathing lake Lac da Claus is only 10 minutes away.
The Disentis Monastery, a World Heritage Site, can be reached in 20 minutes. Directly in Sedrun there is an indoor swimming pool with wellness area, many restaurants and other shopping facilities.
Sedrun railway station and the bus stop are a 2-minute walk away. If you arrive by car, there is a car park directly in front of the house.
