Beautiful apartment inside an old charming villa right on the beach, near Donoratico (Tuscany - Italy), with private park and beach, surrounded by pine trees. Sleeps 8 people (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room with fireplace, large outdoor deck for dining and sunbathing).
The villa belonged to the Gherardesca family, one of the oldest nobility families in Italy
A four star hotel with restaurants and grocery shop is conveniently located right beside the villa with access from the beach; the villages of Donoratico, Castagneto Carducci and San Vincenzo, with plenty of shops and restaurants, are only a few minutes away, driving along nice country roads.
Marina di Donoratico can also be reached with a 15 minutes walk on the beach.
Siena, Pisa, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano, Bolgheri and many other beautiful destinations are less then 1 hour away.
There are lots of interesting destinations in the range of one hour drive (Siena, Volterra, San Gimignano, Baratti, Livorno, Pisa, Castiglion della Pescaia and many others), this is in my opinion the best area on the Tuscan coast. Once I have your contact I will send you a guide to one day tours.
