The Mykonos Apartment is a wonderful vacation property, located in the colorful Marina de Albufeira complex, with a large pool and wonderful views of the Marina and the sea from the balcony. This property is perfect for a relaxing vacation with friends or family. The 2 bedrooms of this excellent apartment are bright and spacious, with double beds and two bathrooms (one en-suite), both with bathroom and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is spacious, with 2 comfortable sofas, a dining area, and two charming balconies overlooking the pool, inviting you to sit and enjoy a meal or a drink outdoors. The apartment is located on the first floor (with elevator access), includes Wi-Fi access and air conditioning in all rooms. The apartment is located in a quiet area of Albufeira, where you can find several cafes, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. A short drive (20-minute walk) from Albufeira, you will also find a variety of amenities beyond the charm of the Old Town and beautiful beaches (with elevator access at Peneco beach). You don\'t need to rent a car, but if you prefer, we\'ll be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed. If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property\'s changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking, so we can confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season). Group deposit: €120 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A booking fee, insurance, and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfers, extras, and excursions. Prices are for up to 4 people. The 5th and 6th persons will be charged an additional fee that includes an extra bed (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of young children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week). According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applicable.
