When you book at the Huaterhof in Zillertal, you always book worry-free!
Should there be a travel warning, closure of the ski resorts, or another lockdown, you can always cancel with us free of charge.
We hope this makes your decision a little easier and look forward to seeing you again soon at the Huaterhof.
It's always annoying when something comes up and you can't go on a long-awaited holiday. It's also a pity for other guests who would have liked to come.
For cancellations up to 1 month before arrival, we do not charge any cancellation fees. We will return your deposit or credit it for a later stay.
For cancellations from 1 month to 3 weeks before arrival, we charge a 50% empty bed fee for the booked stay.
For cancellations from 1 week to the day of arrival, we charge an 80% empty bed fee for the booked stay. In case of no-show or early departure, we reserve the right to charge the full price.

Holiday destination
Our apartment house is located in a quiet valley just 1 km from the town center of Zell am Ziller. The ski bus stop is right by the house. Enjoy skiing fun or hiking pleasure in the Zillertal Arena, the largest ski area in the Zillertal, or take an exhilarating ride on the Alpine Coaster right at the valley station.
In summer, the area is perfect for a relaxing hiking holiday. The Zillertal offers unlimited opportunities for families and mountaineers.
Getting there
Take the A12 to the Zillertal exit, then continue to Zell am Ziller - exit through the town center - over the Ziller bridge - turn left and follow the country road for 1 km - the property is about 50 m to the right, off the country road.
