The 2,000 m² large, enclosed and very well-kept property is in the middle of nature and close to the forest. The Baltic Sea resort of Koserow with many shops, restaurants and a Karl's adventure farm is just a few minutes' walk away. Perfect for families - there is a small playground, a swing and a table tennis table - so lots of fun for young and old. Each bungalow has its own terrace. Almost all bungalows have a newly equipped kitchen and are very cozy and attractively furnished.

Overall, the landscape is characterized by the still largely untouched nature on the only 300 m wide strip between the waters. In Koserow you will find the highest elevation on the island of Usedom, the Streckelsberg at 60 meters high. From its steep bank, the viewer has a wonderful view of the sea.

With a length of almost 300 meters, you will find plenty of opportunity to stroll and chill out - sunrise and sunset cinema included. The Baltic Sea resort of Koserow is a project location for disabled-friendly travel. Everywhere in the town, even on the promenade and on the pier, it is possible to move around without barriers. You can borrow a beach wheelchair from the lifeguards free of charge.
