Villa Lathyrus, nestled in the picturesque town of Sveti Lovreč in Istria, is a luxurious four-bedroom retreat blending Istrian and Tuscan architectural styles. Built in 2011 and fully renovated in 2022, this spacious 243 m2 villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The ground floor offers a cozy living room with a fireplace, a large dining area, and a rustic, fully equipped kitchen. Each of the villa’s four bedrooms has its own bathroom, with two rooms on each floor. A balcony on the first floor presents stunning views of the Adriatic. The outdoor area spans 744 m2, featuring a covered terrace, a large 96 m2 heated pool with eight sun loungers, and an outdoor grill perfect for sunset dinners. An additional 52 m2 annex provides extra space with a bedroom, bathroom, and games like table tennis and darts. Sv. Lovrec is a medieval small town situated only 11 km from Poreč and 7 km from the sea (Lim fjord and Vrsar). The village is small, but it has a post office, shop, restaurant, pizzeria and bars. You can find there typical istrian houses made of istrian stone, many wineyards and olive fields surround the village. From Sv. Lovreč there is a beautiful view on small istrian villages and meadows that are surrounding Sv. Lovreč, but also on the sea further down. The town is located in the inside of Istria; it s very quiet; here every person can enjoy the nature, famous vine roads and bike roads. Nearby there are well-known attractions like Cave Pazin, waterfalls, Motovun, Grožnjan but also tourist towns like Poreč, Vrsar, Rovinj.
