Welcome to Villa Miriam. The house is fully equipped for 6-7 people and consists of a modern kitchen, dining room, three en-suite bedrooms with private bathrooms and a living room. The living room leads directly to a covered terrace with a view of the pool (32 m2) and a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean yard. The yard is completely fenced, guests have at their disposal a rooftop grill and a parking lot. One bedroom is located on the ground floor of the house, while the remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor. A modern living room with a fireplace invites you to pleasant TV evenings with a view of the pool. The villa is located in the center of southwestern Istria, on the edge of the village of Brajkovići, and is surrounded by a large stone wall. Only 5 minutes from the house is the Limski Kanal nature reserve with two excellent fish restaurants and a pier from which wonderful boat trips depart. In the immediate vicinity of the villa there is also a pizzeria and a restaurant with local specialties.
Brajkovići, a charming village located near Rovinj, offers a peaceful escape in nature with close proximity to the beautiful Lim channel. This picturesque landscape is ideal for nature lovers and active vacationers, with numerous trails for walking and mountain biking. The proximity of the Lim channel allows visitors to enjoy excursions with untouched nature, as well as exploring the local marine flora and fauna. The village is also known for its excellent fish restaurants that offer freshly caught seafood and traditional Istrian specialties. Brajkovići is the perfect destination for those who want to enjoy natural beauty, delicious food and peaceful surroundings.
