The weekly llama and alpaca trek is a hit for both young and old! Riding lessons are available from Monday to Friday, only in the summer.
Holiday destination
Deeply snow-covered fairytale landscapes, perfect cross-country ski trails, and sunshine on your skin – that's how Niederthai presents itself in winter! The major winter sports centers of the Ötztal valley such as Hoch Ötz, Sölden, Hochgurgl, and Obergurgl can be reached within half an hour. There are compelling reasons for spending the summer in the mountains: recharging your health, enjoying grandiose panoramas, relishing the peace, and being active in unpolluted air.
Getting there
For train travelers, the destination station is Ötztal. For those flying, the nearest airport is Innsbruck. By car: Via Munich: Drive via Kufstein to Innsbruck - Bregenz - exit Ötztal - Umhausen - Niederthai. Via Kempten: Drive via Füssen-Reutte - Fernpass - Imst - Ötztal. Via Zurich: Drive via Vaduz - Feldkirch - towards Innsbruck - Arlberg Tunnel - Ötztal. In Umhausen: Take the 2nd exit at the Kapferer car dealership and turn right towards Niederthai. In Niederthai: Turn right at the tourist office, follow this road, Reiterhof Alpin Appart is on the left side.

Wir waren Ende August2016 mit unseren 2 Jungs für eine Woche im Alpin Apart. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben ausgestattet, sehr sauber und für eine Familie ( 2 Erw. und 2 Kinder) echt super. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, Wohnzimmer es fehlte an nichts. Auch unsere Vermieter, waren super nett. Lamawanderung mit Gerhard, kann man nur empfehlen. Schweine, Hühner, Ziegen, Katzen, großer Spielplatz und viel Spaß am Hof, da kam bei den Kindern keine Langeweile auf. Auch ist Niederthai ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen (Larstigalm, Wasserfall.). Tipp unbedingt die Kaminwurzen probieren (einfach lecker !!) Schöne ruhige Umgebung, in der sich aber auch die Kinder einfach mal austoben können und Kinder sein können und dürfen! Preis, Leistung optimal. Viele Grüße Ronny, Carmen, Niklas, Johnas
