Our holiday flat is ideal for relaxing days with family or friends.
It consists of two comfortable double rooms and two modern bathrooms, one of which has an additional bidet. The spacious eat-in kitchen is the perfect place for socialising and offers you enough space for a cosy get-together with its high-quality furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, an electric hob (Bora), dishwasher, a filter coffee machine and a kettle and also offers you a basic supply of spices, vinegar, oil, tea and coffee.
Enjoy the breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains from the sunny balcony or relax on a deckchair in the garden while you savour the peace and quiet and nature to the full.
We grow fruit on the farm: apples, cherries, chestnuts and we also have a vineyard with Pinot Blanc.

The car-free local mountain Vigiljoch can be reached by cable car in just a few minutes and families, activity lovers, those seeking peace and quiet and connoisseurs will find a wide range of leisure and cultural activities, tranquil nature, lively village streets and gourmet restaurants from Alpine huts to Michelin-starred restaurants in Lana.
One of the top excursion destinations is the hill of St. Hippolyt. Its easy accessibility and unobstructed panoramic views make it an attraction.
Trautmannsdorf Castle is also a must-see during your holiday in South Tyrol.
The Unterlechnerhof is located in an idyllic, rural setting, surrounded by lush green meadows and majestic mountains, which invite you to go on excursions and exploratory tours at any time of year. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails right on the doorstep. The chestnut adventure trail is right next to the farm. It is easy to walk for young and old. There is also the Foiana panoramic trail, which offers breathtaking views over the Merano basin.
From lana you have to stay on the Gampenstraße (SS238) until you see the turn-off ‘Foiana’ on the right.
Continue along the main road of Foiana until you see the ‘Gasser’ junction on the right (there is a bus stop) or the sign `Via Santa Maddalena’. Turn right there and continue along the road.
At the ‘Mair am Thurm’ farm you have to turn right and pass between the two houses at the ‘Lochmann’ farm.

There is no right of cancellation within the meaning of the Italian Consumer Protection Code. Nevertheless, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
The reservation can be cancelled up to 2 months before the arrival date at the latest without payment of a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
In the event of cancellations at short notice, we unfortunately have to charge the following amounts:
Cancellations from 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 30% of the booking price
Cancellations 30 days before arrival: 50%
Cancellations 10 days before arrival: 80%
late arrival or early departure: 100%
Not included in the price:€ 2,10 local tax per person (from 14 years) and day.
