Cancellation policy
Our terms and conditions are the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry).
This means:
You can cancel free of charge up to 2 months before arrival.
From 2 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the booking price.
From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the booking price.
In general, we charge a processing fee of 20 euros for cancellations.

St. Johann the Nordic Walking Paradise
Exercise in the mountains is today one of the most popular and healthiest summer sports in the Alps. The competitive aspect is secondary. Much more important are the experience in nature and the effects of exercise on the body, mind, and soul.
Holiday destination
The ultimate fun summer activity for any weather, because with rafting, there's no such thing as bad weather. You'll actively navigate downstream over rapids, rollers, and fast currents.
State-of-the-art gondola and chair lifts provide direct access from Alpendorf to Austria's largest ski area (1 ski pass for over 270 lifts and 860 kilometers of well-maintained slopes).
Cross-country skiers can enjoy the beautifully situated high-altitude trail at 1600m above sea level (150km of fabulous trails). A ski instructor will come to the house.

Arrival by car:
Take the A10 Tauern motorway to the Pongau junction. Continue on the B311 to St. Johann im Pongau.
By train:
to St. Johann im Pongau station (express train station). Taxis are available.

Liebe Anneliese,
ihre Ferienwohnung hat unseren Skiurlaub zu einem unglaublich tollen Erlebnis in St.Johann gemachte ,unsere beiden Girls waren von dem Bade -Fass so angetan im freien sitzen im warmen Wasser mit einem Glas Sekt einfach herrlich...
Wir haben uns sehr heimisch und unglaublich wohl gefühlt.
Ich kann mich hier meinen Vorgängern nur anschließen und bedanke mich sehr herzlich bei Ihnen.
Ganz bestimmt werden wir Sie wieder besuchen.
