you will get a 100% refund in case your cancel in the next 7 days after booking (for booking done two weeks or more before arrival)
if you cancel 2 months before arrival you can get :
100% of the monies paid in a voucher to be used for a new booking at Casale Monticchio in the next 365 days
OR
75% cash refund of the monies paid
if you cancel between 2 and 1 month before arrival :
50% of the monies paid in a voucher to be used for a new booking at Casale Monticchio in the next 365 days
OR
25 % cash refund of the monies paid
if you cancel between 1 month and 2 weeks before arrival :

Holiday destination
Casale Monticchio is set in the heart of Umbria. The 18th century farm, which is listed as being of ‘historical importance’, has been carefully restored over the past 15 years. The woods on either side of the valley are also protected for the wildlife.
the house is perched on a small hill with the Nestore river running below. There is a feeling of complete isolation yet we are only 5 minutes from local amenities,
Our aim is to create a unique experience while staying with us and to share the joys that Umbria has to offer.
