The villa has three bedrooms: one with a 1.35-meter double bed, one with a 1.5-meter double bed, and one with two twin beds.

The city of Inca, just a 10-minute drive away, offers supermarkets, gas stations, and other services. The northern beaches, including Playa de Muro, Port de Pollença, and Platja de Formentor, are within a 30-minute drive, offering easy access to coastal attractions.
