This very well finished newly built villa is situated in a quiet location in the hills of Les Issambres. In only 1.500 m distance you reach the harbour with a regular ferry, restaurants and a well-assorted supermarket. The centre of Les Issambres with all shops of daily needs as well as different beaches are in approx. 1.500 m - 2.000 m quickly accessible.

Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Pool und die große Terrasse sind das Highlight!
Toller Blick, auch seitlich zum Meer. Sehr großezügige Raumaufteilung. Jedes Bad mit einer sehr großen Dusche ausgestattet.
Waren für den täglichen Bedarf sind alle im Ort erhältlich.

Die Villa Perdrix hat uns gut gefallen.Besonders angenehm war die gute Klimatechnik sowie bei jedem Zimmer ein dazugehörendes Bad. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und ruhig gelegen. Toll ist die riesige Terrasse mit zwei Grillmöglichkeiten und der großzügige Pool.
Weniger gut hat uns die steile Zufahrt zum Haus gefallen sowie der Zugang von der Garage zum Haus. Dieser gleicht einer Baustelle d.h. nicht fertige Wände und Treppen und die Garage voller Baumaterialien sowie starkem Benzin/Dieselgeruch.
Als besonders positiv empfanden wir die freundliche und hilfsbereite Hausmeisterfamilie Arnault, die zwischendurch nach dem Rechten gesehen hat, aber sonst wenig anwesend war.
