This residence, located just 100m from the large beach of Sables-d'Olonne and near the port, offers studios for 4 people. Each studio includes a living room with convertible sofa and a sleeping area with 2 single bunk beds. Pets are accepted upon presentation of the animal's passport (75€/pet/week or 12€/pet/day for stays of 1 to 6 nights). Uncovered parking (12 spaces, €10/night or €60/week) and covered parking (23 spaces, €13/night or €78/week) are available.

Thanks to its privileged location, everything is within reach: shops and restaurants are 100m away. The residence also offers the calm of a residential area. Les Sables-d'Olonne offers a multitude of activities: surfing, bodyboarding, catamaran, sailing, diving, etc.

Each studio includes an equipped kitchen area, a bathroom and WC. Basic Access WiFi access is included. A baby kit (folding bed, high chair, changing mat, stroller) is available upon reservation (40€/week or 30€ for a short stay). Bed and bathroom linen are included. End of stay cleaning is included (except kitchen area and dishes). A bread and pastries service is available upon reservation at reception. The tourist tax is to be paid on site. A TV is included in each studio.
