This residence in Les Sables-d'Olonne, located a stone's throw from the marina and 2 km from the beach, offers 3-room apartments for 6 people with balcony or terrace. Each apartment has a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for 2 people, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. Animals are allowed (65€/week or 12€/day, one animal maximum per apartment, to be paid on site). A heated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool is open from May to September. Free parking is available (subject to availability).

Located in one of the most famous seaside resorts in France, this residence is an ideal starting point for enjoying fine sandy beaches, water activities (sailing, jet-skiing), horse riding and many other activities. .

Each apartment includes an equipped kitchen, a bathroom and WC. Wifi access is free at reception and in the accommodation (low speed). High-speed WiFi is chargeable (3€/day, 5€/2 days, 15€/week). A deposit of €300 is required. A baby kit (child's bed, baby chair, changing mat, potty and baby deckchair/bath) is loaned upon reservation and subject to availability. Bed linen is rented (16€/person/week) and bathroom linen also (12€/kit/person). End of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area) costs between €70 and €90 depending on the type of accommodation. The tourist tax is to be paid on site.
