Upstairs, three bedrooms are available, including a single bed, a room with two single beds that can be converted into a double, and a room with a double bed. The gîte enjoys a large, enclosed plot of land with private parking and a pétanque court (15x4), perfect for outdoor fun. A covered terrace and a grassy area at the back offer excellent spaces to relax. The surrounding area provides plenty of outdoor activities, with a hiking trail leading to scenic spots like La Jonchère, Roche Branlante, or Notre Dame de Sauvagnac. In addition, a large games room is available in an adjoining barn, featuring a wood stove, ping-pong, table football, and board games.

For those seeking additional convenience, the property includes a closed barn for storing bicycles and hiking equipment. The price covers 10 Kwh of electricity per day, as well as sheets and towels, but end-of-stay cleaning and electricity beyond 10 Kwh/day are not included.
