The gîte features a ground floor with a kitchen, living room, and lounge area with an insert fireplace. The upper floor houses the three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and spa bath, along with a toilet. Central heating is available (not included in the base price). Electricity, water, and bed linens are included in the rental price. Bathroom linens and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee.
