Located in a village with typical architecture, the residence is ideal for discovering the local heritage (castles, exceptional sites) and practicing sporting activities (hiking, cycling, horse riding, golf, canoeing). A municipal swimming pool (fee payable) is 150m away, the Malbentre aquatic center in Villeneuve-sur-Lot is 20km away and Lake Lougratte (swimming in July/August) is 15km away. Table tennis tables, pétanque courts and table football are available on site. Shops are more than 500m away and activities between 100 and 500m.

The house includes a living room, an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a separate toilet. The uncovered terrace offers a view. A dishwasher is included. Wifi access, bed linen and towels are extra. A baby kit is available upon reservation (prices on site). End of stay cleaning is obligatory and must be paid upon arrival.
