The apartment is pet-friendly (for pets under 25kg and non-noisy, with a €15 fee). A private terrace provides a serene outdoor space, complete with garden furniture, an outdoor table and chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue or electric plancha. A private 6-seater spa is available for an additional cost of €40 for the duration of your stay.

Located just a few minutes from the beach and surrounded by the Pays-de-Monts national forest, the property offers easy access to a variety of outdoor activities. Guests can explore the numerous cycle paths surrounding the Domaine, perfect for nature walks and cycling tours. The area’s cafיs, markets, and local attractions ensure there’s plenty to discover in the vibrant surroundings.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils for meal preparation.
