The apartment is not pet-friendly, and bed and bathroom linen are not provided, though disposable sheet kits are available for purchase. The tenant is responsible for cleaning the apartment during their stay. Optional services such as a baby bed, Wi-Fi, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee.

The residence is part of the Balcon de Villard co-ownership, offering convenient access to various amenities including shops, ski and mountain bike rentals, bars, and restaurants.
