The bathroom includes a bathtub, sink, and WC. The apartment is accessed by steps, and a funicular provides easy access to the property. A private parking space is available for one vehicle, and guests can enjoy free access to the collective swimming pool (closed from October to May). During the warmer months (May to October), there is private access to Madrague beach, just a short walk away.
