A living room fitted out completely with SAT-TV, radio, telephone and wardrobe at the entrance, a kitchen with a really comfortable seat corner, a complete wood fitted kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, as well as a shower and toilet are located in the vacation house. You find two bedrooms in the second floor with 2 and 3 beds. A cot and an open bed opportunity are available depending on need. The sunroof (35 m ²) is equipped with garden furnitures and grill. The parking space is directly next to the house for your car.

Getting there

Mit dem PKW fahren Sie von Dresden über Pirna auf derB 172 nach Bad Schandau. Dort verlassen Sie die Bundes-straße in Richtung Sebnitz, fahren bis Altendorf und biegen kurz nach dem Ortseingangsschild scharf links in Richtung Rathmannsdorf ab, dann geradeaus und an der nächstenKreuzung rechts bergab in das Sebnitztal nach Kohlmühle. Unser Haus (Nr.6) befindet sich ca. 50 m nach dem Bahnübergang auf der rechten Seite.Bahnreisende fahren vom Dresdener Hauptbahnhof mit der S - Bahn in Richtung SCHÖNA bis Bad Schandau. Von da aus steigen Sie in den Regionalzug Richtung Bautzen um (Bahnsteig 1) und an der 3. Station (Haltepunkt Goßdorf - Kohlmühle) aus. Gehen Sie ca. 50 m in Fahrtrichtung desZuges, sehen Sie unser Zweifamilienhaus.

Toller Wanderurlaub

Wir haben diese schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung als Ausgangspunkt für unseren Wanderurlaub genutzt und unsere Wahl nicht bereut. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden und auf der großen Terrasse konnten wir die Tage gemütlich ausklingen lassen.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Zum Einkaufen ist der nächste Ort in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Unserem Hund hat der Bachlauf direkt vor dem Haus und die angrenzende Grünfläche besonders gut gefallen.

Vielen Dank an Familie König, die uns sogar noch einen vergessenen Gegenstand per Post nachgeschickt hat.

Wir können das Häuschen nur empfehlen. Wir haben gut geschlafen. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Bequemes Sofa. Auch unsere zwei Labradore waren willkommen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Nette Vermieter.

Ferienhaus Bad Schandau Kohlmühle
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus verbracht. Alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Sehr geschmackvoll, sehr praktisch und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Traumhaft ruhige Lage an der Sebnitz. Sie haben uns sehr nett und freundlich empfangen und mit guten Tipps versorgt.
Die kostenlose Zuganbindung in Kohlmühle und die guten Umsteigemöglichkeiten in den Wanderbus Bad Schandau sollten nicht unerwähnt bleiben. Wir haben diese fast täglich genutzt. Ohne Auto kommt man an alle Wanderziele.
Eine Weiterempfehlung ist sicher. Mit dem Versprechen wiederzukommen sind wir etwas vorsichtiger :-)
Aber denkbar ist es auf jedenfall.
