Cancellation policy
If you, for any reason, fall behind with your payment, withdraw from the contract before the rental period begins, or cancel (terminate) without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the following proportional rents (minus utilities & tourist tax) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses, in addition to a flat fee of 50 EUR, provided that re-renting is not possible:
-up to 49 days before the rental period begins: 10% of the rental price
-up to 35 days before the rental period begins: 40% of the rental price
-up to 21 days before the rental period begins: 60% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the rental period begins: 90% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the rental period begins) 100% of the rental price.
If you leave early, you still have to pay the full rental price. A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing (email accepted). The relevant date is the day on which the statement is received.

Directly adjacent to the park is "De Afslag", a large indoor and outdoor playground, with miniature golf and a trampoline area.
Holiday destination
Breskens, a harbor town in the province of Zeeland, is located at the mouth of the Oosterschelde. It boasts both a fishing harbor and a marina with around 850 berths and an open connection to the sea. The town, with nearly 5,000 inhabitants, is situated directly behind the dunes and, with its many hours of sunshine and dreamy sunrises and sunsets, invites visitors to enjoy a holiday at any time of the year.
Breskens has a four-kilometer-long and very wide sandy beach with fantastic beach pavilions that are perfect for relaxing and enjoying delicious food.
The black-and-white-striped lighthouse on the beach is a popular photo opportunity and can be visited on weekends.
You can enjoy the sandy beach for 10 km all the way to Cadzand. Bike tours with destinations like Knokke, Domburg, or Renesse are a wonderful experience, as you mostly ride on the dike with a view of the sea. Beach pavilions invite you to enjoy and relax.
Adjacent to the very well-maintained park is the recreational area "Waterdunen." It offers nature enthusiasts interesting discoveries with many hiking trails, a variety of plants, and bird species.
In Breskens, 2 km away, there are shopping opportunities (bakeries, butchers, groceries, drugstores, clothing, pet shops, etc.) and numerous restaurants of various kinds as well as cafes.
Should you ever need a doctor, one can also be found in the town of Breskens.
Bicycles can be purchased and rented at "Bike Store Breskens."
The park has a supermarket with fresh bread rolls daily, an indoor pool, a children's playground with an air trampoline, a restaurant with a very nice outdoor and lounge area, a fast-food outlet, bowling alleys, a bistro, as well as bicycle, e-bike, and go-kart rentals. These means of transportation can be rented in the park or reserved online.
A walk along the long panoramic path, which also passes the lighthouse, offers a fantastic view of the North Sea.
Art lovers should not miss the religious woodcarving art of the local priest in the Sint-Barbara Church.
Also worth seeing is the fishing museum in the marina. Surrounded by beautiful natural and moorland areas, Breskens is also an invitation to nature lovers, hikers, and cyclists.
The annual Fishery Festival in mid-August at the marina attracts thousands of tourists and residents of Zeeland to the harbor town.
Also, visit the neighboring seaside resort of Cadzand, where fossilized shark teeth can be found on the long sandy beach of Cadzand Bad.
Enjoy the delicacies of Zeeland, which include Oosterschelde lobster, Zeeland mussels, and oysters.

Good transport connections, mainly via motorways and federal roads.
Accessible from Aachen, Dortmund, Düsseldorf, or Cologne in just 2.5 - 3.5 hours.

Whether summer or winter: SEA is always possible and MORE is not! A few years ago, we went on vacation to the North Sea for the first time with our Border Collie bitch Maja. Not only has Maja fallen in love with the sea, the beach, and the walks on the fine sandy beach since then, but so have we. Therefore, we decided to acquire our own holiday home in Breskens. Whether for a short trip or a vacation - whenever we have time, we are at the North Sea. Since then, we have been enjoying our breaks. To share our enthusiasm, we now offer our "Chalet First Line", which was erected in 2019, for rent, with the hope that you too will be excited about the North Sea and feel comfortable in our holiday home. Our "Chalet First Line" offers everything that a holiday heart desires. For us, our house, the sea, and the Waterdunen are like an addiction to the sea. We look forward to your visit.
