Superb apartment located in the center of Saint-Jorioz. Furnished and tastefully arranged in a new and quiet residence in the heart of the village. You will enjoy its very nice south exposure with its 3229sqf garden fully fenced, ideal for children and family trips.
Just a few meters. you will find many local shops: the supermarket (Super U), the press house, a bakery, a butcher's shop, a florist, banks, etc... everything by foot!
There is a garage for a car in the basement and a bike storage room.
Everything is conceived to allow you to forget the car for your stay and explore our lake and our beautiful mountains.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2/kitchen), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing product, some washing tablets, sponge, 2 rolls of toilet paper /wc…) are included in the service together with final stay cleaning.
