The lovingly restored villa in the style of resort architecture is only around 150m from the fine sandy beach and the historic bandshell and the pier of Ahlbeck. From the higher apartments you can enjoy the sea view. Each apartment has its own parking space directly on the property. Smoking in the apartments and on the property is not permitted.
The villa is very centrally located and very close to the beach at the level of the bandshell (approx. 150m). Bakeries, supermarkets, ATMs and a variety of restaurants and cafes can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. You can also reach Ahlbeck's main train station on foot (distance: 900m). You can access fantastic cycle paths to Zinnowitz, the Achterwasser or Misdroy in Poland directly from the beach promenade.
