A laundry and storage room for your luggage as well as a multilingual contact person on site provide additional comfort. Our beautiful grounds are professionally maintained on a daily basis. If you arrive outside check-in times, you are welcome to stay in the complex. Shortly before your arrival, you will receive a personalised guest folder with valuable tips on the surrounding area.

From the airport you can take bus 66 to Playa del Ingles stop "Sandia" and from there walk into Calle Suizà (2 min.) or take a taxi directly to the accommodation in Calle Suizà. The entrance is the last door in the street on the right, opposite the parking spaces on the left.

The time of delivery of the cancellation to the landlord is decisive.
If the tenant cancels the contract prematurely without naming a new tenant who fulfils this contract under the same conditions, the following costs must be paid as compensation:
Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental price,
from 21 days to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
Less than 7 days: 100% of the rental price.
If the tenant cancels the stay prematurely, the rental price will not be refunded.
If house rules are disregarded, the landlord reserves the right to cancel the rental period prematurely.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, which can cover the cancellation costs in justified cases.
